Ms. Gravitt joined HWCM in 1993 and is responsible for the creation of target and cash flow trades, review of client portfolio weights versus the target portfolio as well as performing periodic testing of trade allocations within the trading system and among the firm's various strategies. Ms. Gravitt began her career at HWCM in portfolio services where she assisted the equity trader and established operational procedures for our prior fixed income strategy. After making a transition to investment technology, she served as project manager for new initiatives and was responsible for data integrity of various software systems. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gravitt worked at several banking and thrift institutions in operations and trade support.
