Mr. Hurst-Brown is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and, as Chief Executive of Hotchkis & Wiley Ltd., has leadership responsibility for growth and servicing of the firm’s international client base.
Prior to joining H&W in 1988, Mr. Hurst-Brown was with Mercury Asset Management as co-head of its international division in 1990. He previously spent four years as Executive Chairman of Lloyds Investment Managers, five years with Hill Samuel Investment Management, and three years with Lazard Brothers. Mr. Hurst-Brown graduated from Bristol University with an honors degree in Economics and Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
